Vikram Masand has a significant amount of work experience, starting in 2003 as an Area Sales Manager at Vidyut Metallics Limited. Vikram was responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a strong field force, and coordinating with marketing and warehouse departments. In 2007, they joined Reliance Retail as a Deputy Manager, where they developed training content and obtained certifications for various formats. In 2008, Masand moved to Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Ltd as a Chief Manager in S&D Training. Vikram was involved in content development, managing training operations, and providing strategic input to senior management. In 2015, Masand joined HSBC Global Asset Management as the Vice President and Head of Sales Training, serving in that role until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales Training at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited.
Vikram Masand completed their Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd. between 2000 and 2002. Their field of study during this period was focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
