Jacques Adoue is a graduate of IEP Bordeaux and holds a master's degree in management. He began his career in 1987 as Agency Director at Franfinance. In 1990, he joined Euroman as a recruitment consultant, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director France at Porcher Distribution in 1993. In 1996, he joined Virgin Stores as Director of Human Resources and Internal Communications for Southern Europe, before becoming Deputy Group Human Resources Director at SFR in 2000. In 2006, he joined Accor as Human Resources Director of the Group's Hotels division in France, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director for France and Southern & Central Europe at Capgemini in 2009. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility at Edenred, and member of the Executive Committee.
