Margherita Brown

Margherita Brown is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Design Specialist at EDF (UK) since September 2022, specializing in solution and automations in the retail sector. Previously, Margherita held the role of Senior Service Designer focusing on virtual contact centers. Margherita is also actively contributing as the Volunteer Comms Lead for the Service Design Network since November 2020 and was the Founder & CEO of wearout from November 2020 to August 2023. A diverse background includes positions as a Designer and Art Director at S2 Italy, Service Design Intern at Hellon, and various roles in graphic web design and social media management. Margherita's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Design Strategy and Innovation from Brunel University of London, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Art Direction from NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, and an Erasmus program at Falmouth University.
