Paul Elders has extensive experience in managing fleet processes, teams, and projects in regulated industries such as the nuclear industry. With a background in engineering and product management, Paul has worked on a variety of projects involving steam systems, heat exchange systems, and clean steam systems. Paul's current role involves overseeing fleet management systems at EDF (UK) and managing a multidisciplinary team at AMEC. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
