Andrew Sternberg has over 25 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Andrew is currently working as a Financial Director at ED&F Man since November 2020. Prior to that, Andrew was self-employed as a Finance Consultant from November 2019 to June 2020. Andrew has also served as a Group Finance Director at Western Thermal Ltd from February 2018 to November 2019 and at BBA Reman from December 2015 to July 2016. Andrew has also gained significant experience at Stemcor Holdings Limited, where they held positions such as Group Controller from October 2013 to June 2015 and UK Financial Controller from June 2005 to October 2013. Andrew was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for Stemcor's UK distribution businesses and Joint Venture, as well as played a key role in the company's ERP implementation program and M&A activities. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Director at Deloitte from September 1992 to June 2005.

Andrew Sternberg attended the University of Oxford from 1986 to 1990. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry during this time.
