Eugenio Monge is a seasoned risk manager with over 10 years of international experience in commodities risk management, currently serving at ED&F Man since September 2012. Expertise spans cross-commodity markets, particularly in energy and softs, combined with strong analytical and modeling skills. Prior experience includes a tenure at BP from November 2007 to September 2012 in various roles, including Risk Specialist and Risk Quantitative Analyst, where significant contributions were made in developing risk assessment systems and addressing regulatory requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act. Earlier positions at BP and E.ON Ruhrgas AG involved comprehensive market risk analysis and management of financial exposures. Eugenio holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Physics from UCL and an MSc in Physics from Universidad de Zaragoza.
