Iain Stephenson has extensive work experience in various roles at ED&F Man and E D & F Man Sugar. Iain began their career at ED&F Man in 1988 as a Cocoa Trader before transitioning to the role of IT Manager in 1991. In 2000, they became the Head of IT and held this position until 2012.
