Phil Murnane has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Their most recent position was as the Group CFO at ED&F Man, a global agricultural commodities merchant. Prior to that, they served as the Group CFO at Ferroglobe PLC. Phil also worked at Noble Group, where they held the positions of Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff. Phil served as the Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Noble Group as well. Earlier in their career, Phil worked at Glencore International, where they held the role of Asset Manager - Zinc/Copper and at Katanga Mining as the Director General - Finance & Accounting. Phil also worked at Glencore International as the Group Business Risk and Audit Manager and as the Interim Accounting Director at Sherwin Alumina. Phil's earlier experience includes working at Centrica as the Business Assurance Manager and at Deloitte UK as the Enterprise Risk Services Manager.
Phil Murnane attended The Australian National University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained two degrees - a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
