Jose Luis Serrano Castillejo

Jose Luis Serrano Castillejo possesses extensive experience in geospatial development and analysis, currently serving as Technical Lead for Geospatial Development at EDF Renewables North America since September 2010. Prior to this, a range of positions included GIS Analyst/Programmer at EDF Renewables North America and GIS Specialist Volunteer at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Earlier roles involved providing GIS consultancy at EPTISA TI, where responsibilities encompassed client relations and technical report writing, and serving as a GIS Specialist at TELVENT, focusing on environmental and governmental projects. Jose Luis began a career in geospatial analysis at TYPSA, managing environmental spatial data projects, and conducted research at the Austrian Research Centre Seibersdorf. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Geo-Information Science from Wageningen University and a 5-year degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad de Córdoba.
