Cemil Altin

Cemil Altin has extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at EDF Trading since January 2008, Cemil oversees power, gas, carbon, and financial regulation activities across Europe and Dodd-Frank regulations in the US. Previously, Cemil held the position of Head of Regulation at Ofgem from 1995 to 2008, where responsibilities included leading Ofgem's European gas initiatives and managing relationships with EU regulators and the European Commission. Additionally, Cemil was responsible for all aspects of price control reviews for network companies during tenure at Ofgem.
