Nicholas Pratt

Nicholas Pratt currently serves as Junior Legal Counsel at EDF Trading since November 2023, following a role as a Biofuels Contracts Analyst. Previous experience includes positions at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as a Legal Assistant and LPC Law as an Advocate. Nicholas has also worked as a Paralegal at Fenwick Elliott LLP, DAC Beachcroft LLP, Epiq, and Systech, in addition to a brief tenure as a Paralegal at PARALAW (UK) LIMITED. Early legal experience includes a role as a Trainee Solicitor at Ince & Co and participation in mini-pupillage with various sets, focusing on criminal and civil law. Nicholas holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice and has degrees in various legal disciplines from BPP Law School and a BA in Japanese Studies from SOAS University of London.
