Koen Bostoen

Koen Bostoen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder of Edgard&Cooper since April 2014, Bostoen has focused on creating naturally tasty pet food that benefits pets and the planet. Prior to this role, Bostoen served as Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at VGD, where responsibilities included managing M&A advisory engagements and valuation projects for SMEs and multinationals. Bostoen also gained valuable experience as a Private Equity Analyst at Pentahold, an independent investment company, and as a Consultant in Transaction Support at Ernst & Young, where skills in financial due diligence and strategic transaction structuring were developed.
