William Jabjiniak has a diverse work experience in economic development and community engagement roles. William is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of National Community Engagement at EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Mesa as the Director of Economic Development from 2007 to 2023, where they led a team and played a crucial role in job creation, project development, and generating significant capital investment for Mesa. Before that, they served as the Director of Economic Development at the City of Richmond, Virginia from 2005 to 2007. William started their career at the City of Manchester as the Destination Manchester Coordinator in the Office of the Mayor from 1995 to 2005.

William Jabjiniak holds a Master of Science degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. William also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University.
