Patrick Bradley

Prior to joining Edgemont in 2016, Patrick was a senior associate at Houlihan Lokey in the Investment Banking Division. Earlier in his career, he had the opportunity to obtain relevant experience at two other boutique investment banks, a growth equity and subordinated debt fund, a fast-growing startup, and for several months during college in a busy emergency room). He also received an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Vanderbilt University (Owen Graduate School of Management). Over the years as an investment banker, he's enjoyed working on a variety of engagements in the middle-market including sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and strategic alternatives advisories to private and public companies. He holds series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
