Edgewater’s COO and Founding Partner Mike Truby is a seasoned midstream executive with more than 30 years of experience building skilled operations and engineering teams that exceed customer expectations. Prior to joining Edgewater, he served as senior vice president of operations/engineering for NuStar Energy, LP, where he was the key driver for the organization’s core values, strategic priorities, growth goals and safety culture. At NuStar, Mike's operational leadership was focused on fiscal responsibility, safety and environmental stewardship, and operational excellence within the company’s 77 terminals and 9,800 miles of pipeline systems. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed professional engineer.
