Aj Golden

AJ Golden, PMP, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll at Edgewell Personal Care since March 2022. Prior to this role, AJ was the Director of Payroll at GUESS?, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2022. AJ's extensive experience includes a tenure at HARMAN International from July 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities spanned payroll operations across 18 countries during an international assignment in Europe, as well as overseeing the US Payroll department. Previous positions include Payroll Manager at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where AJ developed the Talent and Pension, Health & Welfare department, and at Center Theatre Group, focusing on union processing and reporting. Early career experience includes working as a Payroll Accountant at Belo, processing payroll for over 8000 employees. AJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
