Prof. Dr. Julia Milner serves as a Professor of Leadership at EDHEC Business School, where responsibilities include teaching and researching Positive Work Cultures, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology & Leadership, and Empathy in a Digital World. Additionally, Julia Milner is the Academic Director of the Global MBA program, overseeing program design and faculty leadership. Julia Milner also directs the International Centre for Leadership Coaching, focusing on business coaching and leadership training across multiple regions.
