Tessaromatis Nikos

Tessaromatis Nikos currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at TEKA - Hellenic Auxiliary Pension Defined Contribution Fund since December 2022 and has been a Professor of Finance at EDHEC Business School since October 2012. Previously, Tessaromatis held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at EDEKT ASSET MANAGEMENT from October 2003 to September 2012 and was an Associate Professor of Finance at ALBA from January 2002 to September 2012. Additional roles include Director of Asset Management at ATE Finance (1999-2000), Principal and Head of Research and Product Development at GARTMORE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT (1995-1999), and Associate Director at Nat West Investment Management (1993-1995). Responsibilities also included serving as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Hermes Investment Management (1988-1993) and as a Lecturer in Finance at Warwick Business School (1985-1987). Tessaromatis holds a PhD in Finance from Manchester Business School, a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from The Open University, an MA in Finance and Investments from the University of Exeter, and a BA in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
