Steve Derting is an accomplished Senior Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst at EDI Staffing, bringing over 13 years of extensive experience in EDI and software engineering. Prior to joining EDI Staffing in January 2024, Steve served as a Senior Software Engineer, EDI at UNFI and held various EDI-related roles at BNSF Railway, The Harbour Group, and MedAssets. Throughout the career, Steve has specialized in EDI development, integration, QA/testing, and support across multiple industries, utilizing technologies such as Linux, MySQL, and various EDI formats including ANSI X-12 and XML.
