Ray Bonnett serves as head of the Edifecs services team. He leads the global team that is responsible for all customer service and support. Raymond Bonnett, Edifecs’ new vice president professional services, offers more than 25 years of leadership experience working with global healthcare software providers including Cerner, Siemens and Allscripts.
Before joining Edifecs, Ray served as vice president, professional services with NextGen Healthcare where he and his team drove adoption of EMR solutions throughout the ambulatory healthcare market. Prior to NextGen, Raymond led professional services for Allscripts.
He earned an MBA and Certificate in Entrepreneurship from West Chester University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University.
