Andy Tatnell

Andy Tatnell is currently the Co Associate Director of Education & Leadership Network at the Scottish Institute for Policing Research. Andy holds a PHD in Policing and has experience working in various roles within the police service and academic institutions. Andy has served as a researcher, practitioner fellow, Head of Strategic Development, and Head of Leadership and Professional Development Division. Andy has also worked as a Research Assistant, Company Director, and Subject Matter Expert in performance management.
