Karim Ahmed

Karim Ahmed is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Technical Support at Edita Food Industries since September 2023, Karim specializes in installing and configuring local and wide area networks, as well as addressing hardware and software issues. Previously, Karim held roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk as an IT Technical Support Specialist and at Raya CX as a Senior Technical Support Administrator, where responsibilities included incident management and client satisfaction. Additional experience includes working as a Voice Engineer at IDS and providing IT support at Etisal International Co. Karim holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Modern Academy Maadi, complemented by earlier secondary education at Manhal School.
