Meng Wu

Meng Wu is a Senior Scientist I in Computational Biology at Editas Medicine, with responsibilities that include providing bioinformatics solutions, analyzing genomic data to support IND enabling studies, and developing novel bioinformatics tools and data analysis pipelines for gene editing therapeutics. Meng Wu has previously held positions as Scientist II and Scientist I in Computational Biology at Genentech, where efforts included developing a bioinformatic pipeline for genome assembly and contributing to the assembly of the Indian Cobra genome. Meng Wu holds a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology and Bioinformatics from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Biology from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences from Sichuan Agricultural University.
