Ryan McCorry has a strong background in both DevOps and IT roles. Ryan started their career at Capital One in 2016 as a Quality Engineer, where they successfully built a comprehensive test suite for the API. Ryan also worked as a DevOps Engineer at Capital One, focusing on site reliability and managing infrastructure at scale using various tools and technologies such as AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Chef.
In 2019, Ryan joined EDITED as a Staff DevOps Engineer, responsible for maintaining infrastructure, data stores, pipelines, security, and internal tooling. Ryan played a crucial role in supporting and building services for both customer-facing applications and internal purposes. Ryan then progressed to become a DevOps Team Lead at EDITED, before taking up their current position as the Director Of Platform & IT in 2023.
