Mohammad Khairol Khalid has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of integrity, compliance, and governance. Mohammad Khairol is currently the Head of Integrity at EDOTCO Group since March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Integrity & Compliance at UEM Edgenta Berhad from January 2022 to March 2023.
Prior to their roles at EDOTCO and UEM Edgenta, Mohammad worked at Telekom Malaysia from 2011 to 2021 in various positions related to integrity, governance, and investigation. This includes roles such as Head Advisory & Special Affairs (Group Integrity & Governance), Assistant General Manager Investigation, and Legal Manager. Mohammad Khairol also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at AZMI & ASSOCIATES from August 2010 to May 2011.
Mohammad Khairol Khalid, CeIO, began their education history in 2000 at SMKA Kerian, where they studied in the Science Stream and obtained a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Multimedia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in Law. In 2018, Mohammad enrolled in Anglia Ruskin University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), although the field of study is unspecified.
In addition to their academic achievements, Mohammad has obtained various certifications and participated in development programs. In 2006, they were awarded the Yayasan Telekom Malaysia (YTM) scholarship by Telekom Malaysia. In 2011, they became an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya through the Malaysian Bar. In 2015, they completed the Innovation Ambassador Development Programme offered by Agensi Inovasi Malaysia (AIM) / National Innovation Agency of Malaysia. Subsequently, in 2021, Mohammad obtained the Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) certification from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and became a Lead Auditor for Anti Bribery Management Systems (ISO 37001:2016) through SIRIM STS SDN BHD.
