Christina Lock

Christina Lock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and finance. Currently serving as Director of People & Communications at EDP since November 2019, Christina has played a pivotal role in innovation transformation, cultural advocacy, and talent management, including coordinating multiple stakeholder workstreams and launching global intrapreneurship programs. Prior to EDP, Christina founded and managed Yoochai, a leading platform for short-term retail space in Portugal, which was acquired by Go-PopUp. Christina also held significant roles at NOVO BANCO, including Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included managing a substantial non-real estate asset portfolio and coordinating major transactions. Previously, experience at Deutsche Bank in the Institutional Client Group further honed financial acumen. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the University of Bath and has studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
