Anna K. has diverse work experience in various roles. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Victoria University of Wellington as a Principal Investigator, Sr. Tutor, Adjunct Lecturer, and Student Forum Editor for the New Zealand Psychological Society. From 2015 to 2022, they worked as a Researcher at Infer Consulting and as a Lead User Researcher and Product Manager at Volpara Health. In 2019, they joined Open Polytechnic of New Zealand as the Head of Digital Curriculum Design. Anna also worked as a Visiting Scholar and Researcher at Victoria University of Wellington, focusing on human-computer interaction and youth digital practices. Presently, they are the Head of UX Research at eDreams ODIGEO.

Anna K. completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Carleton University in 2009. Anna then pursued a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
