Murat U.

Murat U. has a wealth of experience in software engineering and computer sciences. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Java Engineer at eDriving\u00ae, where they developed backend for the reporting services and deployed it to AWS, as well as performing load-testing for backend services. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Master Degree Student at International Technological University (ITU), where they developed a Tweet categorization backend, implemented web frontend and deployed it to AWS, and worked closely with the Data Science team to categorize text with NLP. From 2008 to 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Navy Research Center, where they developed Java-based Custom User Interface swing widgets and SDK, and lead a team of 5 developers in building a fault tolerant enterprise command & control software application. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Instructor in Faculty of Computer Sciences at Naval University. Finally, from 2000 to 2006, they were a Team Leader, System Administration at Navy Logistic IT Center, where they lead a team of 10 people in the management of enterprise databases, network infrastructures, and helpdesk, and a team of 5 people in the management of Oracle ERP, Windows Domain and File Servers, High-End SUN Enterprise Server and EMC disk systems with backup systems.

Murat U. received their Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from the Naval Academy in 1994. Murat then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School between 1998 and 2000. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Kocaeli University in 2007.
