Education Analytics
Susan Xiong is an accomplished data engineering manager with extensive experience in data analysis and system implementation. Currently serving as a Data Engineering Manager at Education Analytics since May 2022, Susan previously held the role of Associate Director of Data Engineering at KIPP Public Schools Northern California, overseeing data infrastructure and automation initiatives. Prior positions include Systems Analyst and Internal Systems Project Manager, where Susan developed data pipelines and managed system upgrades. Earlier experience as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Planisware involved collaborating with major clients on customized software solutions. Additional roles include IT Coordinator and Instructor at Exploration School, Inc., and Program Assistant at A Bridge for Children International. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science-Linguistics from Columbia University in December 2014.

We work with the largest education systems in the country, small districts brought together through regional offices of education, state departments of education, leading research institutions and universities, charter management organizations, and fellow non-profit organizations. In each partnership, we bring what we’ve learned across our partners to co-build the right solution. We enjoy collaborating with these organizations to support the success of the millions of students they serve.
