Kevin Stump

Kevin Stump serves as the Vice President of Impact at Education Design Lab since October 2020, where responsibilities include organizational learning and the alignment of strategy and impact across various domains. Previously, Kevin was the Vice President of Economic Mobility and Workforce Innovation at Rockland Community College, spearheading initiatives for workforce development and career readiness. Kevin has held leadership roles at JobsFirstNYC, focusing on policy impact and postsecondary education, and Young Invincibles, where the mission was to amplify young adults' voices in economic opportunities. With experience in educational advocacy, program design, and strategic innovation, Kevin has authored significant papers and articles on workforce development and education, reflecting a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes and economic mobility. Kevin holds advanced degrees in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Education Innovation and Leadership at New York University.
