Olena Dmytrieva

Olena Dmytrieva has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Corporate Travel Consultant at American Express Global Business Travel, where they worked until 2016. Olena then moved on to Tickets Travel Network, initially working as a Corporate Travel Consultant and then transitioning to the role of Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Olena's responsibilities at Tickets Travel Network included arranging travel for corporate clients, maintaining websites and applications, reporting and tracking defects, providing technical support, and training new colleagues. In 2019, Olena joined Kodeploy as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they gained experience in writing and optimizing test cases, developing test automation frameworks, creating and running test scripts, participating in Agile sprints, testing REST API services, and conducting cross-browser testing. Currently, Olena works at Education Management Solutions as a Software QA Engineer.

Olena Dmytrieva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Olena pursued their studies at the university from 2005 to 2009.
