Christopher M. Hagan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher M. started their career in 2013 as an Assistant Manager at RadioShack, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless. In 2016, they worked as a Wireless Sales Representative at Sprint and later as an Assistant Mobility Manager at RadioShack.
In 2017, Christopher joined Tractor Supply Company, initially working as a Team Lead before transitioning to the role of Receiver (Asset Manager) for a brief period. Christopher M. then served as a Store Support Help Desk associate from 2018 to 2020.
Currently, Christopher is employed at ENA by Zayo, starting in 2020. Christopher M. has progressed through various positions at ENA, including Associate Customer Support Engineer (NOC Engineer) from 2020 to 2021, Customer Support Engineer (NOC Engineer) from 2021 to 2022, and is currently working as a Senior Customer Support Engineer (NOC Engineer).
Christopher M. Hagan attended Western Kentucky University from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on Mathematics and Engineering. Christopher M. obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in February 2018. In August 2018, they obtained another certification, CompTIA Network+, also from CompTIA. Christopher M.'smost recent certification, CompTIA Security+, was obtained in July 2021 from the same institution.
