Holly Haag Scrudato has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Holly began their career at CSC Consulting Group in 1994, where they worked as a Principal Consultant for over a decade. In 2008, they joined ETS as the Manager IT, and later transitioned into roles such as Business Technology Liaison and Lead Business Process Consultant. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director, IT, Enterprise Transformation Lead at ETS, managing a portfolio of transformation projects. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director Human Resources at ETS, where they are responsible for developing and executing HR strategy to optimize people processes and drive value for the organization.
Holly Haag Scrudato earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Holly then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from Rutgers University - Newark, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999.
