Pat brings over 8 years of experience implementing talent management systems and processes for a variety of clients across multiple industries, with expertise in large extended enterprise user populations. Beyond initial system implementations, Pat is focused on helping clients continue to optimize their technology and maximize the value it brings to their user base. Pat’s experiences managing microapp rollouts lend to his ability to bridge the gap between all things functional and technical. Fun fact: Pat was the firm’s first college hire, coming straight to Educe after completing undergrad at the College of William and Mary.
