Alexa Poth

Alexa Poth has over a decade of experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Edward Jones since July 2012. Throughout the tenure at Edward Jones, Alexa has held various leadership roles, including Leader of Talent Processes, Senior Organizational Consultant, and Area HR Manager. Prior to this, experience includes positions at GE Healthcare as HR Manager for the Americas Marketing and Government Relations team and HR Manager for HCIT, along with a role in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE. Alexa Poth earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
