Naveen Rakkar Emba

Naveen Rakkar EMBA currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and HR Country Lead for Canada at Edward Jones since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Ecolab from October 2016 to October 2019, Director of Human Resources at Tyco Integrated Fire & Security Canada from July 2014 to September 2016, and Director of Human Resources at Honeywell Aerospace (COM DEV) from October 2006 to July 2014. Additionally, Naveen Rakkar held the position of Human Resources Manager at Purolator Courier Ltd. from March 2004 to October 2006. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich, a non-credit course on Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta, an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and English from the University of Toronto.
