Chelle Wingeleth

Chelle Wingeleth is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in developing and executing strategies to connect top talent with organizational needs. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2016, Chelle focuses on enhancing patient care through exceptional talent discovery. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Southern California Edison, where leadership was provided to a team of over 150 in various talent management functions. Chelle also led global talent acquisition initiatives at BlackBerry, managing a team of over 100, and held significant roles at Washington Mutual, Amazon.com, and mylackey.com, contributing to large-scale recruitment and organizational growth. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
