Erin Fletcher

Erin Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and clinical training within the medical field. Since January 2014, Erin has held various roles at Edwards Lifesciences, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Professional Education & Training, and previously as Senior and Product Training Manager for Transcatheter Heart Valves. Prior to joining Edwards Lifesciences, Erin worked at Medical Simulation Corporation from April 2007 to December 2013, where roles included Customer Support & Training Manager, Clinical Trainer, and Clinical Educator, focusing on developing clinical training programs for customers. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and an Associate Degree in Nursing from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
