Katherine Bonny

Katherine Bonny, CCP, CSCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Edwards Lifesciences, a position held since September 2006. In this role, Katherine oversees a global team of 15 professionals, focusing on competitive compensation practices across more than 40 countries. Prior to this, Katherine held various positions at Edwards Lifesciences, including Vice President roles in Total Rewards and Global Compensation. From January 1999 to September 2006, Katherine worked at Fluor Corporation, managing executive compensation and development programs. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Specialist at Kelly and Senior Human Resources Assistant at Kennecott Utah Copper. Katherine's educational background includes studies at Brigham Young University from 1992 to 1994.
