Lois Heo

Lois Heo is an accomplished professional specializing in contingent workforce programs, currently serving as the Director of the Global Contingent Workforce Program at Edwards Lifesciences since March 2017, following roles as Sr. Manager and Program Manager within the same division. Prior experience includes management positions at Southern California Edison and Experian, as well as foundational roles at Capital Group Companies and The Wet Seal, Inc. Lois holds an MBA in Strategy and Human Resources Management from Drucker School of Management, a certification in Human Resources from Cal State University, San Bernardino, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Riverside.
