Travis Shaha

Travis Shaha is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in human resources. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Edwards Lifesciences since December 2019, Travis has previously held positions such as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Travis worked at Advantage Solutions in various capacities, including Manager of HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager, from August 2015 to December 2019. Travis's career began at McDonald's, where positions included Operations Consultant and General Manager from September 2000 to August 2015. Travis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Brandman University between 2013 and 2015.
