Natalie Kretzschmar is an experienced product lead and digital strategist with expertise in app engagement and SEO, currently serving as Product Lead for the EE App since October 2023. Previously, Natalie held senior roles at BT, including Senior Product Owner for BT Mobile, BT TV, and BT Sport, and also managed EE Home Broadband sales activity. With a strong background in digital retention and sales planning, Natalie's earlier experience includes key positions at TSB Bank, where achievement of sales targets was a focus, and the London Mint Office, where product development was crucial. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Economics and Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and continued education in digital marketing and artificial intelligence.
