Ivan Santamaria currently serves as the Vice President for People Performance & Culture at EEI Corporation, a position held since June 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Ivan has previously worked as a university lecturer at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila from December 2022 to May 2023, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) from March to November 2022. Ivan's career includes significant roles such as Head of Human Resources at Prime Metro BMD Corporation, where innovative talent attraction strategies and communication plans were implemented, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Aboitiz Construction, overseeing HR support for a large workforce. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at Sta. Clara International Corporation, Jord International, and McConnell Dowell, along with earlier roles at Easy Bio Philippines Group and Leighton Contractors (Asia) Ltd. Ivan holds a Master of Industrial Relations in Human Resources Development from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
