Roberto Silva has extensive experience in quality assurance and control. Roberto began their career at United States Surgical/Tyco/Covidien as a Quality Control Technician in 1995, where they worked until 2005. In 2008, they joined Smiths Medical as a Quality Control Auditor for one year. From 2009 to 2012, Roberto worked at Helicopter Support Inc., Division of Sykorsky, as a Quality Assurance Inspector. Since 2013, they have been with Eemax Inc. (a Rheem Company), initially serving as a Quality Assurance Chief Inspector and later taking on the role of Chief of Quality Assurance.
Roberto Silva obtained an Associate's degree in Quality Control Technology/Technician from Miami Dade College, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Florida National University, during the period of 1990 to 1992. Roberto continued their education at Gateway Technical College, where they completed a program in Quality Assurance Technician from 2000 to 2002, with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering.
