Linn Aarem

Linn Aarem is a seasoned professional with a background in business development, product consulting, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Product Consultant at EF Education First since March 2024, Linn leads the ambassador program, overseeing event planning and execution while managing the entire sales process for exchange programs. Previously, as a Business Development Specialist at Talentech Norway, Linn was responsible for building a customer portfolio from the ground up, focusing on B2B sales and tailored HR-tech solutions. Linn's diverse experience includes roles at Leger Uten Grenser, where multiple positions as a recruiter and team leader were held, and earlier leadership roles in customer service at Oslo Sportslager. Linn's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in HR Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences.
