Currently serving as President of EF Ultimate Break since August 2022, Leisman previously held positions including President of Vacations By Rail, where strategic direction and go-to-market strategies were developed, and President for North America at Great Rail Journeys Ltd, focusing on international expansion. Prior roles include Vice President of B2B Marketing at TripAdvisor, Managing Director of Europe at HotelTonight, and positions at Jetsetter and Orbitz Worldwide that emphasize growth strategies and operational excellence. Leisman's career began at TNT Vacations, and Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
