Curtis Marler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Curtis began their career in 1999 as a Lab Technician at Linde Americas and worked their way up to become an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed multiple Production Departments and QC Analytical Labs, achieving record productivity and output improvements. Curtis also served as the QC Lab and Environmental Lab Manager, where they restructured teams and improved efficiency, morale, accountability, safety, and productivity. In 2019, they joined Electronic Fluorocarbons as the Director of Operations, responsible for transforming operations and implementing a comprehensive EHS program. Curtis also focused on supply chain forecasting, cost estimation, and developing and tracking KPIs. Curtis's strong leadership and analytical skills have been evident throughout their career.
