He has a background in communications and safety critical systems, with a Master of Engineering and Engineer's Degree in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked in various roles from service technician to IT manager, demonstrating his expertise in building LANs, configuring hardware and software, and providing support to end-users. Currently, he serves as a Technical Team Lead and Senior System Engineer at eFellows, where he deploys and administers IT infrastructure solutions following industry best practices.
