Kaitlyn Hemstreet is an experienced professional with a background in process optimization, project management, and marketing. Currently serving as Process Optimization Manager and previously as Engagement Coordinator at Effectual since May 2022, Kaitlyn has also held the role of Associate Project Director at Cogent Analytics. Prior to that, Kaitlyn worked as a Project Manager at Apple Rock Displays and as a Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Intern at JJ Haines. Early career experience includes positions as Business Operations Assistant and Marketing and Promotions Manager at The Red & Black Publishing Co. Kaitlyn Hemstreet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2018.
