During a lengthy tenure at Alcatel-Lucent, Jim advanced through various positions, including VitalQIP R&D Director, where responsibilities involved customer collaboration, improving product direction, and leading technical teams. Jim’s earlier experience includes leadership roles in software engineering at Brandywine Asset Management, overseeing the development of complex trading systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
